Pool safety nets & covers in your area

A second layer of protection over the water itself. Where a fence keeps a child away from the pool, a net or safety cover keeps them out of it — they bear weight rather than giving way. Many families run both, and in yards where a fence won't suit the layout, a net is often the strongest barrier available.

What's included

Protection over the water, not just around it

  • ASTM F1346 rated safety nets and covers — the standard that actually means weight-bearing
  • Custom-measured to your pool's exact shape, including freeform, kidney, and infinity edges
  • Flush-mounted deck anchors that recess when not in use — nothing protruding to trip on
  • Tensioned so the mesh spacing stays too small for a child to pass through
  • Winter safety covers that handle debris and snow load as well as protecting the water
  • Full demonstration at handover so you can remove and replace it confidently yourself
How it works

Measured, quoted, installed — no surprises

1

Free on-site measure

We measure the pool's actual shape and check the deck for anchor placement — freeform pools are entirely doable, just precise work.

2

Made to your pool

Your net or cover is fabricated to that measurement, so it tensions correctly with no slack anywhere.

3

Install & demonstration

We fit the anchors, tension it, then walk you through removing and replacing it until you're comfortable doing it alone.

Questions & answers

Pool Safety Nets & Safety Covers FAQs

Is a net as safe as a fence?

They protect differently. A fence stops a child reaching the water; a net stops them entering it. An ASTM F1346 net bears substantial weight and is extremely difficult for a child to get through. Many jurisdictions accept a compliant net as a barrier — we'll confirm what yours requires.

How long does it take to remove?

Typically a few minutes for one person once you've done it a couple of times. That is the honest tradeoff versus a fence: a net gives you an unobstructed backyard when it's off, at the cost of a small routine every time you swim.

Does it work on an odd-shaped pool?

Yes. Nets and covers are fabricated to your pool's measured shape, so freeform, kidney, L-shaped, and infinity-edge pools are all standard work. It simply requires a careful on-site measure rather than a catalog size.

Net or safety cover — which do I want?

A net is lighter and quicker to handle day to day, so it suits pools in regular use. A solid safety cover also keeps debris out and suits winter closing. If you're closing the pool seasonally, a cover usually earns its keep; if you swim year-round, a net does.
